
UIT will continue to provide Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 on MyApps until further notice. It is important to note, all previous purchases of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 are perpetual licences and are valid until its end of life support on June 6, 2022. We are now in the process of creating the SCCM package, it will be available to our Faculty IT partners tomorrow. Installer packages for Mac and Windows, including serial key are now available on our software distribution share, \\\UIT-SOFT\distrib\adobe\acrobat The serial key is to be used for net new purchase orders of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. Our vendor of record has updated the Adobe SKUs for new purchase orders on has issued a single, universal serial key to the University. It has been replaced with Adobe Acrobat 2020. If it still doesn't work, please refer to the help article ( ) to collect the crash logs and share them with us for further investigation.Please note, t he University vendor of record has given notice that Adobe has discontinued Adobe Acrobat 2017 effective this month. If you are on a Windows machine please try to repair the installation go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that works. Make sure you have the latest version of the application 20.006.20042. What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help >About Adobe Acrobat DC Please upload the PDF file to the document cloud ( ) generate the link and share it with us. If the issue still persists, would you mind sharing the Specific PDF file which is causing the Application to crash so we can test it at our end and assist you better? Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs you try to reorder the page structure? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
